Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader (PTL) Responsible for managing the North Sea functional gate criteria and overseeing the CoW readiness for all operations and maintenance activities from the 12 weeks gate to the 2 week gate. Identifying key constrained activities that will require operations planning to start between 12-6 weeks from schedule Identification and management of conflicting work scopes prior execution and reducing downtime of equipment Providing estimates of operational hours for functional activities to relevant SPAs so they can enter into P6/Maximo/SAP Providing support to the PTL to allow scheduling of operations activities and personnel Performance managing the CoW readiness scheduling and tracking for ETAP and gate deliverables at 6-2 weeks including managing the of CoW documentation Act as the ETAP focus point for Control of Work and championing compliance with the Control of Work Procedure Accountable for task, process and worksite hazard identification and risk control measures associated with work performed and isolations implemented/removed in their area of responsibility Facilitate development of level 2 risk assessments, overseeing and verifying the generation of process plant isolations for planned scopes. Auditing all aspects of the control of work process, isolations, permits, toolbox talks and activities at worksites. Responsible for reviewing audits completed by workforce and ensuring findings are acted upon and lessons shared.

Responsible for leading a team of Control Room Technicians and Production Technicians accountable for delivering safe, complaint and fully optimized operation of all platform hydrocarbon processing and utility facilities. Organising and execution of daily operations targets and maintenance schedules. Strong presentation skills, rolling out daily work scopes, safety briefs and providing leadership to my shift team. Taking part in daily production meetings with onshore engineers to discuss and agree priorities and guidelines for the platform.Responsible for reviewing, verification and issue of permits for operations, maintenance, construction, vendors and commissioning work scopes. Liaising with planners and team leaders to ensure correct level of work control, risk assessment and isolations are applied. Identification and management of conflicting work scopes prior to and during execution.Using Petrotechnics Sentinel pro software to effectively manage the ISSOW permit system. Generation of level 2 risk assessments, overseeing and verifying the generation of process plant isolations for planned scopes.Training of performing authorities and Area Authorities.Auditing all aspects of the control of work process, isolations, permits, toolbox talks and activities at worksites. As a CRT I am trained to assess and respond to Process Systems upsets and critical situations in accordance with the Site Emergency Response Plan and Procedures.Monitor and control of the emergency, fire and gas shutdown and safety systems.Performing Authority and Isolating Authority within ISSOW, Creation and Participation in Level 1 and 2 Risk Assessments and Formal Method Statements associated with Risk Identification and Mitigation when planning Operations Workscopes. Isolations, system preparation for maintenance and return to service, including leak and pressure testing, using P&ID’s and cause and effect charts.Start up, operation and monitoring of Wells, Three and Two Phase Oil Separators, Main Oil Line Pumps and auxiliary systems, Centrifugal Gas Compressors, Auxiliary systems, Gas Lift, Gas Spiking systems, Produced Water Handling Systems such as HP/LP Hydrocyclones and Degassing system, Sea Water Injection Pumps, Air Compressors, Air Driers, R.O Units, Main Turbines, Alternators and Emergency Generator/Fire Pump Systems.Monitoring of overboard discharge and lab analysis to determine that the oil in water content is within specification and environmental constraints.Training of new control room/production technicians.Loading, launching, reception and unloading of pig launchers and receivers.Shutdown and decommissioning of the Miller platform.
