Working with a talented team of nine individuals, I oversee two offices, three camps, and all of the administrative work that our local nonprofit does. This includes facilities management of 1,500 acres of forest, 200 individual buildings totaling over 60,000 sqft, and new construction of over $10,000,000 in the past five years. Other roles include monthly financial reporting, audits, government compliance, Information technology, and fundraising.• Lead construction efforts resulting in 18,000 sqft of new buildings over 17 buildings• Over a four-year period, took an initial insurance reserve amount of $500k to a settlement of $12m• Net Assets increased by $19m through capital improvements, surpluses, and insurance settlements • The Gift in Kind donations totally over $750k for facilities improvements

I am responsible for all camping and program operations for the four counties we serve. Working with volunteers, I oversee five sites with over 200 buildings. Over 60% of the gross organization budget is my responsibility. • Record Summer Camp attendance with 2438 youth in attendance for a 52% increase in four years • Increase gross Camping Revenue by 45% from $809k to $1,178k, netting $307k vs. a budget of $154k

• Increased Camp Pico Blanco’s Summer Camp attendance by 46% while adding new Artist in Residence, Welding, and Sustainability programs• Secured three grants to build new shooting facilities totaling over $200,000, managing every aspect from grant writing to supervising the creation of construction documents, permit, construction, and grant reporting

• Created and supervised a new staff position, Program Impact Executive, focusing on helping Scouting grow, resulting in 22% more units rechartering• While serving as the Summer Camp Director at Camp Hi-Sierra hired a seasonal camp staff of 46, increased the attendance by 26%, and increased the net by $136k

• Successfully raised $21k more in Friend of Scouting during the housing crisis for a 17% increase in cash collections• Increased Membership by 5.1% to serve 2602 in the District with achieving membership growth before Halloween
