CurrentPerform in-depth troubleshooting, repair and upgrade Nitrogen low port modification in cleanroom fab.Manage CST cost avoidance project by creating recovery procedure for STHI pre-operations. Disassemble, clean, and inspect parts and pieces of the machinery such as process chambers, load locks, pneumatic doors, and wafer handling robotic arms, in addition to other mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical components in cleanroom fab.Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Meet with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any pending complaints or issues.Manage large scale field service request and emergency response projects when directed.Preventive maintenance on AEM X36 and X8 cleanroom testing tool, electrical debug cells, Software teaching the robot, electrical wire routing, mechanical assemble robot and pick arms.Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance factors and for operation; and record results.Test, mechanically build, troubleshoot, write spec and trained on different validation proto types for screening control system cards.Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Inventory management on PPV department collaterals that dock, upload data collected on excel Spread.Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and system.Process and analyze STHI PO collateral orders for production ran products.
