My responsibilities included course evaluation of classroom and web-based training modules that adhere to DOC Employee Development policies essential to organizational health and success. I scheduled and coordinated facility training including instructors, lesson plans, rosters and training documentation for reporting via TMS. I was a learning management administrator via SWIFT and SharePoint. I provided oversight for staff to comply and complete individualized learning plans. This process was a modality of reducing errors, improving accuracy and improving turnaround time. I manage and provide oversight for the children’s literacy program including purchasing via EIOR while tracking facility allotments. I provided oversight of new software including contracts, purchasing, installation and delivery. My responsibilities included data mining, editing, reporting and distributing Education’s electronic newsletter (News Blast) and the Unit’s Quarterly Report. I provided financial oversight for all education budgets (SWIFT), financial procurement processes (EIOR), agency reporting. I maintained and developed relationships with staff and vendors.
