Michael was head of a project and infrastructure team and led the waste practice. Michael advised on projects for twenty five years. His team acted across all PPP sectors nationally and internationally, including clean energy defence, waste, social housing, ports, airports, University accommodation, education, extra care, transport, police, fire and ambulance, health and strategic partnerships. Michael has a wide ranging experience of corporate and commercial transactions including company formation, joint venture arrangements, business sale, company sale, long term commercial contracts including PPP and PFI structures, project finance and debt and equity funding. He has a particular expertise in dealing with waste collection, treatment ,disposal and recycling and the design build finance and operation of energy from waste facilities.
