As team member at hot dog heaven, I am responsible for stocking items on the food prep line, cleaning and organizing the dining area, and providing customer service on the phone and in person.

Duties at the bookstore included stocking, organizing, customer service, and sales. All representatives were able to make a small amount of sales commission. Commission was based on the amount of students we were to able to get signed up for a trial subscription to the store's electronic tutoring service. While at the store, I learned how to pitch sales according to the needs of individual customers and close them on signing up for the subscription service.

Store Clerks at Goodwill performed a variety of duties, from stocking to customer service. Most important of all, I had the opportunity to practice my sales skills while working at the store. Throughout my time at Goodwill, I was able to persuade and market to customers various donated items in the store and close those purchases.
