Budgets >$3MM.  Responsible for delivering the software upgrades from vendor (SAP), programme & release planning, ensuring a standard project performance, first point of escalation, helping local PM’s deliver projects within the release phases with the allocated budget / scope / timeline, provided guidance on the new release process, ensured good practice to compliance & SDLC methodology, reported risks & issues to senior management & maintained release milestones.  Facilitated all the lessons learnt discussions.  Chaired the bi-weekly approval committee with seniors & reviewed all project business cases for suitability. Senior Project Manager - EMEA Consumer Technology Consumer PM for all Home Working initiatives: Formulated business case, feasibility reviews, proof of concept testing, pilot launches & user feedback.  Delivered a total of 120 pilot users with home connections to the Citigroup servers (VPN or Portal), VoIP telephony & bridges to company mobiles, acting as Vendor Manager with Avaya & Nokia. Established a “Hot Desk” area with 18 desks & 2 meeting rooms that have IP phones, PC / laptop’s & can be booked by any of the 35 participants.. Managed all infrastructure teams to delivery. Consumer PM for standardising Reconciliation platforms:Responsible for the implementation of “Recon Trade” (Oracle Unix) in 18 countries: Headed a small team (2 Contractor / 3 IT) under a strategic program to standardise Consumer systems. Automating the reconciliation process, reducing risk & saving on manual errors.  Managed all aspects of the project, including the budget, in-country workshops, project documentation, RAG & risk / issues reports to senior management & other stakeholders.

Project Manager – Ops Control (Contract)Euro Implementation PM of Warburg’s “Business Accounting System” (“B.A.S.”):  Project Management for a program that converted all clients’ accounts from legacy to Euro currencies. Euro team for conversion weekend & dress rehearsals, coordinated activity with the “Change & Control” centre for milestone reporting, RAG status, risks / issues to program heads.Technology PM on “Consolidated Analysis & Trading System” (“C.A.T.S.”) SQL database: Integrated a cash management fails system with an interest claims database onto a single application.Interest Claims Management PM for the implementation & centralisation of a new team: Established a new specialised unit concentrating on offsetting failed trades with compensation payments.  Developed an Interest Claim system on Lotus Notes & management of 3 employees for Ops claims.  Devised a process for use of funds requests & reduced overdrafts from Agents that recouped £1.2 million in one year. Produced a report on the Euro & its impact on trade fails & interest claims for Cash Management.
