• Responsible for managing 4-5 enterprise level accounts simultaneously, providing a single point of contact for Symantec Management Platform assistance. Endpoint counts for these customers were between 5,000 endpoints and 60,000 endpoints.• Ownership of all problems and/or requests for architecture assistance with all Symantec Management Platform solutions from the assigned customer base. Direct hands-on troubleshooting of all reported problems with the SMP environment via Webex connectivity with customer resources.• Management of all cases opened for assistance request, and ownership of the issue through any required escalation procedures.• Customer management and relationship building in order to attract and retain business opportunities• Direct, timely troubleshooting of any reported issue, driving the result to resolution• Responsible for compiling and analyzing TAM usage data to drive customer renewal• Participated in implementation and planning projects for accounts during initial implementation, upgrades, or as needed to optimize the platform in enterprise environments. o This planning included, but was not limited to designing stand-alone and hierarchy SMP environments. • Experienced and knowledgeable in all Client Management Suite solutions.
