The role involved taking customer drawings, samples and prototypes to create laser-cutting programmes using CAD/CAM (Radan) software in order to manufacture products from sheet metal. Other duties included the creation of internal production drawings from customer samples and the assembly of works orders of information for manufacturing fabrication requirements.

Involved transferring paper files for clients into a new filing system. This included checking details on a database system along with transferring closed cases to storage.
