Responsibilities include, but not limited to, teaching music notation, music theory, music history, and instruction on concert band instruments for grades 4-8(flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophones, trumpet, f horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion), and recorder for 3rd grade. In addition to directing the All-Island A Band, I also direct the jr. percussion ensemble and jr. jazz band. I currently serve as the assist. director of the high school jazz band where I also teach improvisation.Writing and arranging parts for various levels of students to play in an ensemble. Conducting various performances in various styles throughout the year.

During this time period I have worked individually and have also been contracted at various music stores in the region. I have worked at Music Men in Springfield (after my A.A in Music), Gordon Lasalle in Agawam (during the last two years of my undergraduate degree)and Downtown Sounds in Northampton (after finishing my B.A. In Music Education, while seeking employment as a certified music teacher). I currently teach privately in person and online.
