Integrated the schedule for the Handover to Operations for Start-up into an already operating plant as to minimize the impact on production. Managed schedules for workers to complete job task on time and schedule. Managed MCOS- Minimum Conditions of Satisfaction for scheduled time for final Handover to owners for steady production.
