About Michael Hall

My career started as a designer / technical advisor and has progressed through the years into Management. As a Plant Manager for a national printing company, I have gained valuable experience in managing all aspects of a site from building / machine maintenance to revenue, cost control and profit.I have a proven track record in leading successful teams and believe it is important to have goals or targets to succeed. These though cannot be achieved without a dedicated team. I excel by recognizing other people’s skills and motivating staff to use their abilities. I take more satisfaction in guiding someone to do well, than being recognized myself; I strongly believe it is a team effort that makes success.I believe that whatever I put my mind to it can be achieved, I am a fast learner and have a can do attitude and will go the extra mile to ensure that the client receives the best service possible and the company is well presented. I am professional and loyal and enjoy creating and working in a vibrant team. I enjoy a challenge.

Listed skills include Print Management, Pre Press, Print, Offset Printing, and 23 others.
