• Sitewide Bulk Infrastructure and Utilities development- Client PM for sitewide works comprising multi-plot bulk earthworks, utilities infrastructure, and sitewide logistics, procured and delivered under a JCT Management Building Contract- Project team management: Management Contractor, Contract Administrator, QS, and Civil Engineer- Responsible for statutory undertaker engagement and utilities procurement- Management of planning applications, conditions discharge, and s106 obligations

• Commercial / Office development- Client Assistant PM for 350,000sqft commercial-led development with cinema, delivered under JCT D&B Contract, supporting throughout contract preparation, execution, and construction phases- Management of Employer’s Requirements, project delivery budget, design team novations- Procurement of consultant delivery team including Employer’s Agent and Compliance Monitors- Responsible for utilities procurement, including Water, Power, and District Heating and District Cooling

• Commercial / Office and Masterplanning (six months)- RIBA Stage 1 and Masterplan experience through the management of an outline planning application- Consultant management: Contracts, fee negotiations, project deliverables, and Client support- Project programme management, project milestone delivery, project budgets and CA• Retail (13 months)- Supporting tenant leasing, marketing, meanwhile and activation, defects management, estate management, asset management and handover, discharge of planning conditions

- RIBA Stage 2, 3 and 4 experience of mixed tenure, and medium and high density projects- Assisting with Full and RMA planning applications across three separate plots- Management of project workshops: Sustainability; Buildability; ROAD reviews, and; CDM reviews - Acquisition of construction knowledge: structural, civil, MEP, procurement, planning, prelims and logistics

One year rotational Graduate Placement in the Planning Department- Managing planning applications, discharge of conditions applications, pre-apps, and appeals- Assisting with submission and post-submission work of the City’s Local Plan (Part 2)- Preparing evidence bases to justify Local Plan policies; SHLAA maintenance, and; drafting the new SCI

• Leading seminars of various modules for Year 1 students during Spring Semester

One year rotational Sandwich Placement• Rotation 1: Residential Valuation (six months)- Undertaking ‘Red Book’ valuations for flats, houses and portfolios in Prime Central London- Inspecting and measuring properties, and writing valuation reports for loan security and probate purposes• Rotation 2: Prime Estates (six months)- Assisting the team in managing large and predominantly Central London residential estates- Managing statutory tenant rent reviews, carrying out ground rent reviews- Drafting feasibility reports for refurbishing / redeveloping properties for the Assured Shorthold Tenants ("AST") market- Assisting with Leasehold Reform Act lease extension claims on behalf of our clients.
