Worked with Product Owners and their scrum teams to improve the usability and serviceability of our products. 4. Feature lead for the platform software layer for EMC's VNX storage product. Specific responsibilities included: triage and driving resolution of issues, coordination of firmware deliveries from the EMC hardware organization, and communication of platform status to senior management. Developed WinDbg scripts and Perl scripts to accelerate analysis.Contributor to US Patent 8555342 (secure credential storage).
