Act as the main point of contact for security related items for the Division and Annex facilities. This includes maintenance of security system and managing employee access and services. Serve as the point of contact for the alarm company and assist with resolving any security issues on the grounds.Oversee and maintain the Pitney Bowes statewide postage account. Serve as point person for Manage shipping and receiving through FedEx, UPS and USPS. Act as point person for copier and printer issues.Maintain and order janitorial supplies, paper, copier toner/ink, shipping supplies, light bulbs and other standard office supplies.Maintain building and grounds including light trimming of trees, plumbing, electrical and other various task requiring minor repair.Move furniture around buildings and from time to time other offices across the State.Assisted with office closures and relocation of offices in the State

I was in charge of overseeing multiple buildings for the American Cancer Society for several years, started working in shipping and receiving with light maintenance work and light set up of IT workstations, office space set up. Was known as the everything guy as I could help with many things across multiple functions of the company.
