In this role, I was responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of the monthly project and maintenance code promotions to the MDM (Master Data Management) Production environment. I collaborated closely with the functional design and technical development teams to ensure that all code/functionality for the associated production environment technical cutover release is properly tested, documented and deployed while simultaneously ensuring that all readiness and audit guidelines are documented and adhered to. To aid in the coordination, facilitation and delivery of the monthly Production technical cutover release process, I developed and implemented production technical cutover (TCO) process improvements that consist of a TCO readiness checklist that contains all associated technical components that each project manager and/or deployment owner must review with me prior to each production technical cutover release to ensure all technical components are captured and understood prior to execution.

In this role, I supported the Program Manager for the global Master Data Management program that enhanced collaboration by addressing regulatory, consumer, product and operational global business challenges through harmonized, high quality master data and business process monitoring. This role consisted of simultaneously supporting multiple project leads with the management of day-to-day responsibilities for both domestic and international projects with varying scopes, budget, resources, timelines and deliverables. Core responsibilities included the execution of project lifecycle management deliverables, project schedule development & maintenance, status & metric reporting, risk & issue tracking, project communications and all Ad-hoc project requests.

In this role, I was a Project Management Administrator (PMA) in the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and supported the Program Manager of a large, global initiative to convert outdated, manual centric Legacy systems to a new automated, Commercial centric, Revenue management operating system (SAP/ModelN). I performed a wide array of activities from facilitating project team meetings, updating project documentation to conform to corporate methodology, deliverable tracking and management of all administrative support functions for multiple project teams. Responsibilities included defect maintenance in Quality Center app, project status report preparation, deliverable tracking, documentation & publication of project team meeting minutes for large project team of over 250 resources and management of all project Ad-hoc requests. Highlights include creation and implementation of project team out of office calendar and contact list for all Testing, Mock and Hypercare resources to identify coverage gaps and provide contact information for critical project resources and shift Captain responsibilities for system mock testing activities to document, follow-up and resolve all critical defects prior to Go-Live.

In this former role with PepsiCo, I worked in the Data Management Organization on the Data Quality Team. My primary role was to support the Functional lead to liaison and partner with the business and other teams to govern the testing and execution of an enterprise wide conversion of core operating system data from the Legacy source system to the new target SAP system. I was involved in multiple support capacities associated with multiple SAP releases and conversions for PepsiCo SAP Releases 3 – 9 from inception to deployment. Responsibilities included 24x7 availability, as needed, during multiple system release testing mocks and data migrations. I was a lead in the coordination, material preparation and delivery of data cleansing training for over 250 business data cleansers. In this capacity I developed a customized one-stop shop SharePoint repository that was tailored to meet the needs of the data cleansers and housed all the training documentation and information necessary to execute data cleansing. I was also responsible for baseline and project reporting, as well as the owner of multiple administrative and maintenance activities for the department.
