 Sell McCoy’s rental furniture to new & existing customers Determine project needs – ie, staff, materials, equipment, etc. , prepare cost estimates or quotes and confirm project details Use Giza software to draw layout of customer office space Oversee rental project management functions and personnel Purchase or ensure the purchase of product for department Communicate progress of project to the sales team  Track expenses as they relate to established budget for project Confer with the sales department to continually develop new Rental business Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and hold employees accountable for achieving these standards Monitor and control expenses for department, including expense reports, time sheets, petty cash, etc. assist in budget planning for department Monitor key performance measures and communicate this information to the VP of Sales Enforce safety policies by conducting inspections, reporting statistics, counseling employees and holding monthly safety meetings Other duties as required
