I'm a seasoned project and engineering professional who has executed projects across the oil and gas industry. I've participated as a technical engineer, engineering manager and project manager from both the owner and service provider perspective. In recent years my desire for problem solving and the bigger picture led me to a shift in my career. In 2018 I successfully completed the Executive MBA program at the IVEY School of Business and began working as management and project consulting contractor with a diverse set of clients and industries leading. In 2020, my passion for projects, construction, and execution led me back in to major projects as Project Manager with Gibson Energy. My transition from projects to business and back is rooted in my passion for leading complex execution strategies and the desire to embrace the change that we are seeing all around. What better way to do that then take the tools from a career in projects, supplemented by years exploring new concepts and strategies, and bringing that all back to find innovative ways to execute world class projects. Going forward, I aim to bring Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence concepts into project and operational workflows wherever it can be made practical. There are better ways to execute, let's find them. I would love to meet people who are faced with difficult business and project challenges especially if they are related to bridging new technologies and data concepts into their workflows.
