o Directly responsible for the entire general ledger staff on a day to day basis. Assembled, formalized and monitored the closing tasks schedule to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year end accounting closes. Preliminary P & L to CFO in three days with 80% variance analysis completed. Final F/S by day 5. Also responsible for producing the 10-Q's & 10-K in a timely and efficient manner.

o Implemented, Monitored and supervised the monthly closings and fully responsible for producing the 10-Q's and the 10-K's.o Responsible for the quarterly reviews and annual audit conducted by Ernst & Young. Acted s primary contact and liaison with Ernst & Young on all Financial, Audit & tax matters. o Prepared Foreign Office financials along with consolidating into US operations. Responsible for reconciling Intercompany accounts and compliance with foreign office government mandates.
