Lead a team of experienced engineers early in the development process to integrate a balanced seating solution into the automotive interior.

Day-to-day responsibilities consist of providing technical guidance for the seat design release engineers focused on key program deliverables for cost, timing, and performance.· Coach DREs through critical program milestones and launch· Ensure launch excellence is achieved by adhering to best practices, executing robust DFMEAs, quick issue resolution, and quality chain engagement· Provide technical leadership for issues related to performance, validation, design execution

Responsible for updating and managing several key validation templates used globally by the subsystem validation engineers. In addition, I represented the global seat validation team across several automotive programs as the technical expert supporting the validation planning, issue resolution, and design direction.· Cross functional work with release teams (Body, Airbag, Restraints, Seat) and vehicle safety teams to assign system, subsystem, and component level requirements· Cross functional work with VDDV seat and body teams to integrate FEA into validation workstream
