I also deal with client company secretarial duties. I am also responsible for preparing budgets, coding time spent on clients, monitoring Work In Progress and billing clients with the pressure of achieving high recovery rates.

During my time in this role I was responsible for processing the purchase and sales ledger accounts for the office as well as preparing bank reconciliations and daily management of petty cash. I also processed staff and partner monthly expense forms, liaising with the National Finance Office on a daily basis. I was also given the additional duty of becoming the office super user for PASO, the company’s internal management system, which involved training and supporting all partners and staff as well as dealing with system queries.
