Dobama Theatre is an Equity theatre producing 5 main stage shows a year. Dual work as a Front of House Manager and Bartender includes such duties as nightly management of theatre operations. Operations include coordinating and managing volunteer duties at events, successful coordination of communications between FOH and stage management, audience experience management, customer service and nightly reporting to the administrative team & production teams at-large. Additional work includes over-hire work as an assistant to set deconstruction and installation. Including the hanging and removal of lighting equipment used during productions. Dobama's mission of producing works created within a five-year period keeps the theatre current and relevant for it's audiences and performers. A wonderful place to see a show in the Cleveland area.
