OFFOR Health• Created company-wide strategic alignment and increased employee engagement by facilitating a new mission statement, experience promise, and set of core values before designing a company-wide framework for engagement.• Reduced silos and increased employee engagement by designing a new internal training academy, which included a reimagined onboarding experience.Walmart Health & Wellness• Established a high-tech/high-touch experience for the Walmart Health (clinic) prototypes by designing and facilitating a two-week ways-of-working training before launching each new location.
