With over 18 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, I am a seasoned and skilled Pulp and Power Process Manager at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. I oversee the maintenance and optimization of the equipment and systems, and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs. I also monitor and evaluate the performance of the staff and the process, and set and communicate key performance indicators to ensure quality, productivity, and profitability. I motivate and empower the staff to achieve their goals, and provide them with training, feedback, and recognition. I work with other managers and departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
