Analysing system issues to detect potential problems. Including Problem Management in terms of identifying relationships between operational incidents and known problems. Chairing and producing minutes for team and cross-department meetings. Providing 24/7 standby cover for one week in every three, acting as sole point of contact and decision-maker for the Field Services Department outside of business hours.
