We are a community organization with the goal of raising money for various causes around the Evansville area. I control the website, Twitter, Facebook and email accounts, as well as write all news letters and updates posted on the website. In 2014, our 1st year of formation, we raised over $1,300 for the Wes Attebury Foundation and were recognized as a Platinum Sponsor at the Weekend For Wes Golf Scramble which raises money to provide resources to local families affected by melanoma.On April 25, 2015 the Men's Fellowship raised nearly $2,600 by hosting a cornhole tournament and family festival. I am responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business. I coordinate the installation for all jobs sold within our company. I schedule and manage 15+ crews full time and various other crews on a part time basis. I ensure that installations are done in a high quality, efficient manner. I also do a wide variety of other tasks as is common in a small business.

In this position I am responsible for the sales and management of various residential construction projects. This includes, but is not limited to: prospecting, cold calling, door to door lead generation, damage inspections, presenting potential clients our company presentation, filing insurance claims on behalf of clients, meeting insurance adjusters on site to ensure damage is fairly assessed, submitting supplemental estimates to insurance companies as needed, presenting estimated damages and insurance scope to clients, presenting potential upgrades and options to clients, collecting down payments, scheduling projects in coordination with various crews, overseeing projects every step of the way to ensure timely and satisfactory production, filing 'Work Completion' notifications with insurance companies to release remainder of funds, collecting final payments.

Started at The Home Depot upon high school graduation. At the age of 21, while working and attending college full time, I was promoted to Department Manager (youngest in the store). My 5+ years as a Department Manager allowed me to gain valuable management experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment at a young age. My responsibilities as Department Manager included, but were not limited to: sales performance, inventory management and control (physical counts, reports, labeling, consolidation), analytics (sales reports, customer satisfaction metrics, labor efficiency, profit/ loss, cost/ expense), customer satisfaction (ensure customers had a positive shopping experience in order to maximize sales and drive customer retention), coaching/ training (ensure all team members were current with company training programs and knowledgeable on our various products in order to best serve customers), project management (manage various projects pertaining to product resets and store objectives, while effectively maintaining a balance with customer service and store cleanliness), direct management of up to 50 employees at a time (direct management of 5-15 employees in my department and act as manager on duty when Store Manager and Asst. Store Manager were out of the building), uphold opening and closing standards. I was also leader of a group within the store called 'Diversity and Inclusion' in which our main function was to develop practices with the purpose to make a more shopper friendly experience for customers of unique backgrounds and non English speaking first languages.
