• Represent quality engineering function on cross functional teams and provide data driven recommendations on process changes, spec changes, and defect reduction projects• Lead numerous BPSMs/ defect reduction projects from containment through root cause identification and implementation of countermeasures with projects including, but not limited to: Reduction of missing paint on 777 fastener defects; analysis and reduction of skin defects across 767 program; rework reduction and driving RCCA of defects back to factory origin• Pull and analyze large sets of defect data using SQL and excel/ create 3D visualizations of defect data using IVT/ python and presenting findings to senior leadership• Mentor younger engineers by teaching them quality engineering and data analysis skills/ overseeing all team projects and serving as primary focal for all quality engineering related issues at the Everett Delivery Center

• Collaborated with a team to build a car powered by a chemical reaction• Developed the hydrogen fuel supply (fuel cell) and the stopping mechanism for the car• Communicated ideas between teams that resulted in seamless integration of car components• Competed with other universities and won the regional competition

• Worked in a team of 4 to design a process for large scale acetic acid production• Developed a full PFD and completely simulated and optimized the process in Aspen• Performed a full economic analysis including equipment sizing/costing, cost of manufacture, return on investment etc.• Created one of only 2 processes that managed to be profitable in a 12-year project life and presented these results to a group of 50 peers
