In my role as Client Service Director, I managed, implemented and developed digital media strategies for a portfolio of Retail, Mobile, Entertainment and Travel clients with combined global digital media budgets of over $30M+ and generating client revenues of over $100M. As part of this service my team managed each company’s branding/performance display, SEM, SEO, structured data (feeds), paid social campaigns, CRO, content development, native advertising and affiliates marketing. Averaging a 5:1 return.I was also the global iProspect Lead for owned media and structured data (Feeds) for a new of global sports retail and entertainment clients. I worked with the global and regional clients and the wider Densu Aegis network to develop and implement an ongoing strategy that utilised a combination of technical development, content strategy development and local market execution to generate a 150% increase in global revenue for these clients. In this role I took on all P&L responsibilities for this book of business, ensured resources worked efficiently across client teams, balancing client revenue, client demands and iProspect business, while developing and managing a team of 12 people ranging from entry level graduates to individuals with long term experience in the digital industry.

In this role I founded iProspect Play, iProspect’s first team globally dedicated to providing a full set of video marketing and VOD services to the growing video market. From its inception in 2011, iProspect Play was developed to work closely with Densu Aegis OpCo companies to create online video strategies that supported their clients’ core marketing objectives. Within 18 months I was able to grow the team to 4 people with profitable revenue per head. This team offered clients services ranging from YouTube channel build and management, video creative consultancy, bought media to video distribution VSEO.

I was part of the initial team that grow the SEO team, from a 8 person team to the current team of 40+ market leading individuals. Responsibilities included growing SEO revenues for the Carat, Vizeum and Isobar client base, recruiting and training an effective team to deliver the services and driving new product revenue streams through innovation. In my time as a SEO director I grew the client portfolio income 150% within three years. This was achieved by developing earned media strategies that included technical SEO, content, social media outreach programs, data analytics assessment and CRO projects. Lead the cross agency integration and digital strategy work on a EMEA wide FMCG holding companies brands strategy. Working closely with Carat to get a number of different digital media vehicles (Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, Analytics and CRO) included on media plans. This work was recognized by Aegis and won the 2012 Aegis media awards Grand Prix and iProspect global innovation award.
