As a software engineering team lead at SkyKick, I am responsible for resolving production issues with our cloud SaaS products, which help IT partners migrate, backup, and manage cloud data. I have over 20 years of experience in software QA, SDLC and recently DevOps, and I am a SAFe 4 Certified Agilist.In my current role, I have developed and implemented processes and methods for resolving, hotfixing, and communicating issues, as well as identifying and addressing issue trends beyond the scope of earlier-tier support teams. I also manage, mentor and coach my team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
