I meet with client's that are interested in either Buying or Selling Real Estate and we accomplish our goals. I enforce a hassle free transaction for all my clients. This allows us to have fun, and enjoy the entire process. I educate my client(s) where some may need up-to-date information in our interested area(s). I provide top notch customer service mixed with a work ethic unlike anyone elses.I use unique marketing stragies and I am honest with my clients that are selling Real Estate. I educate them on the pro's and con's of everything regarding their home, commercial building, etc. I know many do not do this as extensively as I do. I find more often then not, client's hire me only because I am completely honest. This allows us to have a hassle free transaction and also allows the transaction to be enjoyable as well.With my clients that are buying Real Estate. I am completely honest with them. I educate them on today's market in our area. Along with the transaction process or just reminders of the transaction process if there are areas of the transaction they may of forgotten about due to length of time since last baught Real Estate. I do a ton of leg work for us so that we're only seeing Real Estate that we want to see. I see no reason in sending you a list of 1,000 homes where only 15 of them may meet what we are wanting or needing in our Real Estate Purchase. Over all, this equals more time doing what we want, and less time doing things that waste time. I negotiate the best price for us, terms, and closing costs on your behalf. Through the entire process of each and every transaction, I'm there with you, ensuring we understand our next step. From when does our inspection time begin to when I hand you your new keys...

At the same time, I showed sellers how I could help them with the various ways of marketing their home for sale. Yet at the same time with both buying and selling clients. I would ensure a hassle free transaction by keeping my clients informed with everything relating to our transaction(s). I bring fun and smiles into the work place. Which allows my clients to really enjoy and appreciate my work ethics. Since I do most of the leg work for us. A lot of my clients are in disbelief at first that we really found what we are wanting as quickly as we do. I walk my client's through every step of the transaction process. So that they are always in the loop of things. I answer questions fast, I ensure an understanding between us so that it also projects a hassle free and enjoyable transaction. Plus so much more. I drove a Semi Truck. I was the owner of the Company, Simple Auto Transport. I opperated a 10 car, car hauler. I transported vehicles from the east coast, to the west coast and to places in between. I have met celebrities, and people like you and I. I hauled cars for our military services as well for their specialized units.I would pick up the vehicle as close the customer as possible (big trucks sometimes can get easily stuff in a neighborhood.) and I would deliver them with in identical position that I picked them up in. I would deliver them as close to the designation as possible. If not in the driveway of the buyer's home. I loaded the vehicles, I chained them up using rachets and chains, (if you ever get your vehicle hauled make sure they use no less then 4 securing chains / straps/ etc).I was my own dispatcher, my own boss, my route planner, my book keeper, my maintance guy, my own gps, virtually I was my own everything. Though because my customer service was impeckable, every customer I transported a vehicle for, if they needed their vehicle hauled again, I was always the first person called.
