Undertook various roles as CapLease's business evolved, including Senior Vice President - Office and Industrial Acquisitions, General Counsel overseeing CapLease's initial public offering and Senior Vice President for credit tenant loan origination.KEY HIGHLIGHTS:► Led CapLease's acquisition team with over $1BB in office and industrial transactions prior to sale to ARCP► Oversaw CapLease's initial public offering as General Counsel from 2002 through 2004► Voting member of Investment Committee from 1997 through sale to ARCP in 2014► Extensive experience in property acquisitions and dispositions, credit tenant lending, and loan acquisitions and dispositions ► Underwrite opportunities and negotiate Letters of Intent and Purchase & Sale Agreements, manage due diligence and closings, negotiate loan terms and loan documents, and finance assets with both balance sheet and CMBS lenders
