Novartis Business Services GmbH is the German branch of the global Novartis Business Services (NBS)organization combining Procurement, Finance Services, IT, HR Operations, Real Estate & Facility Services as well as several support functions. The Lean Digital Core project aims to standardize all core processes at Novartis and roll out this global standard together with S4Hana SAP. This role is about to globally standardize, simplify and automate indirect Procurement processes and to deploy the project around the globe in several waves. This will bring big efficiency to Novartis and enable Novartis employees to work in a modern, intuitive system and process landscape. In this role I work in a global interdisciplinary agile team of Procurement, Finance, Compliance and Lean experts.
