 Analyzed, marketed and rated commercial trucking risks - emphasis on fleet accounts generating $100,000 or more in premiums. Managed daily activities of automation and communication equipment. Conducted automation study resulting in the implementation of ebix.com, Inc Infinity product. Adapted system to meet MGA environment. Designed computer generated documents and forms. Served as liaison between ebix and agency to resolve software and hardware issues. Trained all personnel in operation of computer hardware and software.

 Underwrote for agents throughout Colorado for Homeowners, Personal Auto, Farm Owners, all lines Commercial Packages and Monoline risks. Assisted other underwriters ad underwriting technicians in risk selection, training, manual and contract interpretations. Liaison between processing manager and underwriting department to resolve processing issues. Trained agents on underwriting procedures and ISO forms interpretation
