I facilitated the learning of a group of 16 first year students, planning entertaining weekly sessions to further their learning, using emotional intelligence to ensure all attendees were engaged.I communicated with attendees regularly outside of these sessions, helping them with any questions they had and giving advice with adjusting to university life, to ensure they realised the best of their abilities.

I organised twenty prefects, created and regularly updated a rota of where and when they should patrol and ensured that they attended these patrols and took their role seriously.I was elected to this role by members of staff at my high school.
