Leveraged the skills within the consortium to learn, apply and advance simulation techniques to advise management of manufacturing constraints. Utilised Witness Simulation to create models of production lines and designed experiments to compare various strategies; leading to a 4% increase in productivity. Novel research led to the award of MPhil.
