Managed and successfully delivered project goals of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) between Ford & Cardiff University. Leveraged the skills within the consortium to learn, apply and advance simulation techniques to advise management of manufacturing constraints. Utilised Witness Simulation to create models of production lines and designed experiments to compare various strategies; leading to a 4% increase in productivity. Novel research led to the award of MPhil.

Worked in a small, multi-disciplined team, to research and develop a patented electric motor. Responsibilities included gathering, analysing and simplifying data to directly advise management on feasibility of multiple projects at the design stage. Created a portfolio of technical documentation and established new relationships allowing design development and eventual procurement across Europe and China.
