This includes 12 years with the City of Charlotte which culminated as the City’s Program Director. Next, he administered the MWBE Program for 38 schools in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’ Capital Improvements Program. This involved $444 million of expenditures. Recently, he was the Diversity Director for the construction of the 49 story Wachovia Corporate Headquarters and the surrounding arts buildings. This consisted of over $1.2 billion in construction in which they attained over 30% MWBE participation.
