I was promoted from the Landline department and work by myself in the IT department helping with general support in the offices and developing programs on the servers; This job requires me to; Work with the landline team on more technical orders such as VoIP using PBX/SBC. Help with all general support queries from colleagues e.g setting up machines and resolving technicalissues. Work with the Landline and Mobile team to help any customers that have technical queries. Manage our systems, e.g custom made statistic boards around the office and the CRM systems.
