• Developed and launched a global equity dividend yield strategy focused on high quality companies with strong balance sheets and the ability to grow their dividends. • Devised and rolled out a global ESG dividend yield SMA focused on high quality companies with strong balance sheets. Collaborated with internal ESG team and external ESG vendors to develop appropriate ESG thresholds for investment.• Led team of 15-20 international sector analysts. Directly responsible for recruiting and hiring new talent. Recommended promotions for appropriate team members, member of compensation team for the entire group.• Managed regional telecom portfolios of stocks and global telecom & utility fund with AUM of ≈$1.5B.

• Initiated and actively managed Versatel’s debt restructuring, ultimately exchanging EUR 1.8B of debt into common equity.• Partnered with senior management and supervisory board to set strategic direction of the Company including M&A, capital raising, partner relationships and more complex commercial agreements. Managed all transactional elements including due diligence (legal, accounting & business), valuation, structuring, documentation, negotiations and integration.• Served as interim Finance Director at the VersaPoint JV preparing the business plan, managing the budget process, preparing quarterly financial statements, and evaluating financing alternatives.

• Teamed with multi-level groups of bankers to manage client relationships, propose new business and execute transactions.
