In my role, I support customer service representatives working on the Bord Gais Energy contract by handling complex inquiries from callers through both inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, I play a key role in promoting collaboration, and providing education to customer service representatives on topics such as achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving conflicts, and enhancing their understanding of processes.
