Leads the integration for several key business processes including for the Repair and Return (WebROR integration) and Non-Standard parts (PROS integration) working with multiple SCES vendors and interface partners. Developed Functional Design Specifications for the integration and interface components of the solutions. Currently acting as the functional SME for the integration. Developed conceptual architecture and roadmap for a data warehouse solution pulling data from multiple sources including the SCES ERP; drafted RFI/PWS and conducted market research leading to DMRS vendor selection and spin up; Developed execution strategy for integrating SCES ERP and DMRS with the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) working with multiple vendors; Led numerous workshops with Navy stakeholders and the International Customer to communicate the SCES plans and solution..

Provides Enterprise and Data Architecture support services to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). Documents As-is and To-Be architectural descriptions of Foregin Militiary Sales (FMS) Case Management systems using DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products. Conducts analyses that support the planning and execution of the Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution (SCES) Program, a key initiative for moving to the DSCA To-Be state. Works with DSCA stakeholders and SCES PMO to describe systems functionality, interfaces, and required capabilities; conduct gap analysis, and define transitional architectures for achieving SCES capabilities and retiring legacy systems. Supports development of the SCES target data architecture and data conversion strategy for SCES ERP and related Data Management and Reporting solution. Collaborates closely with SCES PMO team and other stakeholders to define needs, develop concepts, and propose strategies that meet DSCA and SCES PMO objectives.
