"Since 1993, I have been at the helm of the team at Sptwater SA, overseeing its growth from a modest group of four to its current robust stature. Our expansion journey led us to integrate Spitwater NSW in Wetherill Park in 2004, followed by the addition of Albury Sales & Service as a strategic hub complementing our Wetherill Park operations. Presently, our operations span across these three locations, collectively employing approximately 50 dedicated professionals.Our primary focus revolves around the sales, service, and rental of a diverse range of SPITWATER products, including high-pressure cleaners, industrial vacuum cleaners, and Jetfire LPG and Diesel fired space heaters.In 2019, I further honed my leadership skills by completing a rigorous 12-month course with Acumen International, culminating in my graduation from Executive Acumen in 2020.Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we seized the opportunity presented by the slowdown to undergo a rebranding initiative, aligning our identity with our manufacturer Spitwater Australia, now known as Ottico Equipment. Despite the turbulent times, our resilience and dedication resulted in significant growth across all facets of our operations.In 2024, we introduced Flow RPM to our product portfolio, marking a significant milestone in our journey. This addition brings an exciting dimension to our offerings, accompanied by a wealth of learning opportunities.
