Currently recruiting 2 x CDP's for our REBRAND & RELAUNCHAs a chef within Stresa Kitchen you will be responsible for working in all areas of a busy kitchen to deliver an excellent guest culinary experience while working to achieve departmental targets, in Autumn 2014 the restaurant and concept will be fully transformed with a full refurbishment - our restaurant - already award winning - will become the place to dine in Coventry .Our restaurant is a 2 Star Gold Awarded Sustainable restaurant with the SRA, Our produce is only sourced fromthe highest quality suppliers within a 50 mile radius of the restaurant; our menus which are already fresh and locally sourced will offer contemporary British cuisine taking inspiration and fusion from other cultures and seasonality.Our service style is relaxed, fun & engaging.
