As Store Manager, I am responsible for contributing to the overall success of the branch through quality leadership, customer service, risk management and sales. I develop and administer budgets, business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards. My goals include meeting and exceeding sales quarterly incentive threshold, coach’s bonus, annual loss plan and customer service goals. In addition, I coach a successful sales team through the development of staff as a competitive advantage with a maximum direct report of 2 service managers, 10 personal/specialized bankers, 2 lead tellers, and 10 tellers; with a 12-month average over-the-counter transactions of 17,500/month.
