I also managed and trained staff and coaches on the execution of skills enhancement, marketing, promotions, and company achievement goals within the community while fostering departmental.

Women's Softball

Work with the UC Berkely Women's Softball team focused on teaching psychological performance techniques to elite Division I athletes seeking to organize and improve their mental skills during the collegiate season. Techniques included: Focus, Relaxation, Communication, Team-building, Confidence Enhancement, Time Management, Adversity Training, Leadership.

While working with Seneca Center, I developed recreation programs and structured community activities with youth and families to assist adolescent development and promote future education and learning opportunities. I also provided adolescents with various mental training skills during recreational activities that enhanced life-skills and coping abilities.

While working at Trillium Family Services i worked directly with youth to create individualized recreational programs which benefited families and their communities through enhancing mental skills and recreational outlets.

While working for Oregon State University, I managed, operated and marketed all private and public events at an on-campus night club facility, as well as implementing training programs to facilitate staff compliance.

As a projectionist at Star Cinema, I supervised employees, managed finances and technical maintenance, organized community events and venue advertising, and scheduled all showings at a local one-screen theater and production house.
