• Valuation on Stockland’s $4.0b Office and Industrial Portfolio; • Capital transaction support (acquisitions and disposals);• Development feasibility analysis (Estate Master);• Budgeting and forecasting the $350m Net Operating Income (NOI) of Stockland’s Office and Industrial Portfolio;• Cash flow analysis working closely with the asset management team; • Monthly board and management reports;• Market research and transactional analysis; and• Facilitate Investor Relation Q&A and portfolio synopsis for Stockland Commercial Property
