Generate and review the daily trading Profits and Losses for Trading Desks. Maintain diligence of Price Verification and OTTI testing of MBS non-trading book assets.. Liaison between the Trading desk, Risk Management, Operations and other areas of the financial division.. Work with external auditors on a frequent basis, for the purpose of regulatory reporting and Balance Sheet Reconciliation. Manage G-10 Foreign Exchange and Long Term Asset Product Control groups to ensure processes and procedures are being followed and work is accomplished efficiently.

Managed Government, Agency, and ARS Product Control department.Responsible for the hiring of two individuals who are still successful in the company at present.Implement new Accounting Policy changes (most recently FVO DIG C22) relating to AFS/HTM ARS products. Following FASB accounting clarification, developed a means of Price Verification that had not been established previously for illiquid Auction Rate products.

Trained individuals on the Government & Agency responsibilities in order to take on the ARS book, which froze-up in Feb 2008.Provided inventory and P&L data on Auction Rate Securities held by Citigroup used in external quarterly earnings reports including the 10-K/10-Q & Holdings Decks.Developed a means of OTTI testing for Auction Rate Securities Desk and participated on a global level in establishing a Citi-wide OTTI procedures document ensuring a singular process was being used across all desks.

Brought Agency (FNMA/FHLMC) Product Control role to Buffalo from New YorkConsolidated the Agency Desk CDS, Agency/Government Cash, and Government Interest Rate Swaps books to be reported using the same processes, reducing the time needed to be trained on the roles.Research and reconcile system issues for recent Basel II implementation
