• Asia Pacific Lead, driving data analytics development and deployment to support internal audits, risk and control testing. Driving the development and automation of analytics for continuous auditing and continuous monitoring. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Audit Analytics. • Managing and leading the regional team consisting of persons located in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Shanghai. • Collaboration with internal stakeholders at a regional and global level on Annual Audit Plan, requirements for Analytics projects and resource management. • Working closely with different business functions to understand requirements, data, systems, business initiatives to decide the most appropriate analytics approach for audit purposes and continuous monitoring/continuous auditing.• Define and execute the overall data management, analytics strategy including data governance within the Global Internal Audit Department.

BCBS 239 Compliance: Principles for Effective Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (PERDARR).• Project managing and providing technical expertise in data discovery, understanding of data aggregation processes and systems across the bank. • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with different lines of business and/or function to understand systems and data aggregation processes.• Monitoring and documenting issues or gaps in controls that give rise to risks in data quality, which is used for Risk Management Committee reporting. • Providing updates to senior management on the status of certain work-streams in relation to BCBS 239 compliance.• Lead, coordination and providing guidance to team members in order to streamline work processes for a more effective, consistent way to move projects forward. • Double hatted responsibilities as Project Manager for Hong Kong and Data Analyst for France.

Global Internal Audit, Retail Banking and Wealth Management• Delivering on the annual audit plan providing timely, high quality, value-added assurance, and audit reports, primarily focusing on Retail Banking & Wealth Management (RBWM). • Managing timelines and budgets, and providing continuous monitoring of identified issues through to completion of management action plans to remediate the risks.• Contributing to the development of audit processes improvement.• Monitoring the risk environment to assess emerging risks through the business monitoring process.• Develop effective business line management relationships to ensure a strong understanding of the business.• Successfully completed audits in Manila Trust services, Service Delivery support to RBWM audit, Losango (Brazil) consumer finance entity audit, Themed Global Wealth Incentive Framework (GWIF) audit and Indonesia Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) audit.
