Purchasing his first rental property in high school, Michael has acquired and operated more than $25m in real estate assets and 35+ properties in his career. Michael has extensive experience in property selection, construction, and asset management within multi-family, luxury single family, industrial, and retail asset classes. In addition to real estate Michael has a decade of experience in business operations having owned and operated multiple high volume restaurants with hundreds of employees. Michael is now primarily focused on deal diligence, execution of value add strategy, and property operations of Industrial real estate holdings.
