Previous job experience includes, +\- 2 years as a landscaping laborer, job duties included but we’re not limited to working with a team of usually no more than 3 people to do mainly exterior landscaping such as building retaining walls and laying brick patios and or sidewalks. Working with homeowners to find solutions to arising problems throughout a work day. +\-3 years experience in a metal/manufacturing setting mainly working on an assembly line to build/wire operators cabs for logging equipment and cranes, as well as operators cabs for some dredges. Job duties included but were not limited to working with a team on larger pieces of equipment to instal wiring harnesses and/or switch panels as well as air conditioners, counter tops, and cabinets. Installing insulation was a common task, along with cutting paneling and cutting/installing trim pieces to achieve a cosmetically acceptable finished product.+/- 5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing setting mainly working 8 and 12 hour swing shift as a Machine operator, qualified to operate and assist on 3 different style coaters, working safely and efficiently with a team of 1-4 people to create paper base release liners. Job duties include but are not limited to hanging base rolls of paper, taping flying splices, changing of different coatings, washing/cleaning the machine(rollers, coating head etc.), and keeping a tidy work area. Removing and sampling finished rolls from an unwind. Using a computer program to create part numbers and do time reporting. Troubleshooting wrinkles and many other issues. Machine set-up and shutdown, following and printing various machine run conditions and set points. Setting up a print unit to apply a print pattern while simultaneously applying a coating to the sheet as well in most cases. Trained to mix different chemicals to create different coatings, proper disposal methods and practices. Forklift license, and training on safe handling of rolls of paper with a clam style fork truck as well as a regular fork unit to move pallets and finished rolls of paper. Unloading and loading of chemicals and paper with use of a loading dock and filing out proper documentation after inspecting and unloading trucks in a receiving style setting. I have the ability to learn quickly and be as efficient as possible while maintaining the safe work practices everyone loves to see.
