I have over 23 years’ business development and account management experience in the OEM and affiliated sectors . Beginning with automotive technical qualifications gained in Queensland, I moved into the positions of Service Manager, and Fixed Operations Manager for numerous automotive dealer groups. My current tenure commenced with AGA Australia in 1993 and began with the position of Assistance Centre Manager for five years. This developed into strategic positions including over 2 years as National Manager Health, Property and Insurance Services where we successfully pioneered new products and services into the medical, education and government sectors.For the past 13 years I've been intimately involved in the development and direct management of AGA’s major premium automotive, Insurance and financial services clients. With joining AGA ( previously Worldcare, Mondial) in its infancy, I’ve had the pleasure witnessing and helping grow the business into a market leading organisation. My business acumen, my passion, and my skill set extends to all levels of B2B and B2C assistance and CRM services, this coupled with the experience and strong relationships I've developed with clients has been invaluable to the success I’ve achieved in my tenure at AGA.
